We will process your personal data for the following purposes:

4. Legal Basis of Data Processing
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data
- in line with Point 3 a) to f) above is our main justified interest, which consists in achieving the objectives listed in Point 3 a) to f);
- in line with Point 3 e) above is the necessity of taking precontractual measures regarding your enquiry (application);
- for the delivery of our newsletter and our customer surveys in line with Art. 107 (3) Telecommunications Act (Telekommunikationsgesetz) (in Austria) or Art. 7 (3) Act Against Unfair Competition (Gesetz gegen unlauteren Wettbewerb) (in Germany), as long as we received your e-mail address in connection with the sale of goods to you, or otherwise by means of your consent. You can revoke this consent at any time without affecting the legal basis of the processing that took place prior to the revocation.
5. Transfer of Your Personal Data
For the aforementioned purposes, we will transfer your personal data to the following recipients:
- IT service providers that we utilise, namely Baschnegger Ammann Partner Werbeagentur GmbH, A-6850 Dornbirn, Austria;
- advertising service providers that we utilise;
- Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, according to Point 8 (Google Analytics);
- Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, according to Point 11 (Facebook’s user-behaviour-related Pixel)
- For the newsletter to the subcontracted job processor Inxmail GmbH, registered in D-79106 Freiburg, Germany
Some of the aforementioned recipients are located outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) or process your personal data there. The data protection standard outside of the EEA possibly does not correspond to the standard in your country. We only transfer your personal data to countries where the EU Commission has determined that they offer an appropriate data protection standard or to the USA to Google Inc. and Facebook Inc.
Google Inc. and Facebook Inc. are certified under the US-EU Privacy Shield Agreement and are therefore obligated to comply with the stipulations of European data protection laws. Nevertheless, we point out the fact that the European Court repealed the decision by means of which the EU Commission declared the data protection provided by this agreement to be appropriate as legally void.
The transfer of data to Google Inc. and Facebook Inc. in the USA occurs without suitable guarantees according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). There is a risk for you that these recipients will not comply with the stipulations of European data protection laws. The US data protection laws do not provide the same protection to your personal data as the DGPR, in particular you only have limited rights regarding affected parties. There is also a risk that the US authorities will access your data for monitoring and surveillance purposes.

6. Storage Period
We will store the data processed in line with Point 3 a) to f) for a period of two years. A longer storage period only occurs if it is necessary to investigate identified attacks on our website.
If you utilise our website to take part in a competition, we will save your data for the duration of the competition and afterwards for as long as the legal obligations stipulate or claims stemming from the competition can be asserted.
We will save data that we process based on your consent until receiving your revocation and afterwards for as long as the legal obligations stipulate.
If you send us a job application, we will save your data for seven months following the conclusion of the application process.

For conversion tracking purposes, our website utilises the user-behaviour-related Pixel of Facebook, Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (hereinafter referred to as “Facebook”). The behaviour of visitors to the website can therefore be tracked after they were forwarded to the website of the provider by means of clicking on a Facebook advertisement.
